The system streamlines the post-purchase experience by allowing customers to securely register their units using a unique serial code. Upon validation, the .NET backend automatically generates a customized PDF warranty certificate, which is instantly downloaded and emailed to the user. Clients can also use the portal to retrieve past certificates and open technical support tickets for their registered products. The platform serves as a modern digital storefront, allowing prospective buyers to explore available livestock, download sanitary care plans, and contact the sales team directly via WhatsApp. To meet the client's specific request for a frictionless content management experience, the platform's livestock inventory is entirely driven by Google Sheets. By utilizing Make to automate the data synchronization, the business owner can easily update animal availability, pricing (such as pregnant heifers), and details in a simple spreadsheet.
